Do I need to have a doodle?

Absolutely not. Doodles started this particular revolution, but every dog is welcome. Retrievers, terriers, rescue mutts, distinguished little gremlins. All patriots.

What kind of photo should I upload?

A sharp photo taken at eye level in natural light is ideal. Keep the face and ears visible. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB. If your iPhone photo is HEIC, export it as JPG before uploading; email us if you need help.

What comes with my portrait?

Choose an unframed matte art print: 11×14 inches for $59, 16×20 for $79, or 18×24 for $99. Every order includes your approved digital portrait. The $229 Presidential Treatment includes a framed 16×20 portrait, 11oz mug, ceramic Christmas ornament, and a 50×60 printed fleece blanket—all featuring your dog’s painting.

How does the proof and revision work?

After payment, we create your portrait and email a personal proof. One consolidated round of adjustments to the same dog and character is included. Nothing is printed until you approve. After approval, we prepare your print files, send the digital portrait and arrange delivery of your physical order.

When will my portrait arrive?

Allow 3–5 business days for your first proof, then approximately 7–14 business days for production and delivery after approval. Revisions and holiday demand can add time. We will contact you about delays with the option to cancel for a refund. Gift-set items may arrive separately, with tracking for each shipment. No Christmas delivery guarantee is offered.

Is the artwork made with AI?

Yes. AI helps create the art; a real person directs it, checks your dog’s likeness, and manages your proof and revision. Our product images are illustrative mockups. Printed colors and materials can differ slightly from your screen.
