Your custom portrait

Each order covers one dog in one chosen patriotic character, printed in the format selected at checkout. Standard 11×14, 16×20 and 18×24 matte prints are unframed. The Presidential Treatment includes a framed 16×20 portrait, an 11oz mug, a ceramic ornament and a 50×60 printed fleece blanket. The approved digital portrait is included for personal display and gifting.

Payment, proof and approval

Payment is collected when you order. We email a proof and include one consolidated revision to the same dog and character. You must explicitly approve the artwork before printing. A new dog or character may require a new order; no extra charge is made without your agreement.

Timing and shipping

Allow 3–5 business days for your first proof, then approximately 7–14 business days for production and delivery after approval. Revisions, holidays and delayed approval can extend this. We contact you about delays and offer cancellation and a refund. Standard shipping is included to the contiguous United States. Gift-set items may ship separately with separate tracking. No holiday arrival guarantee is offered.

Photos and artwork

You must have permission to use the photo you submit. AI tools assist in creating the painting, which is checked by a person. Mockups are illustrative; print colors and materials can differ slightly from screens. We do not use your photos or portraits in marketing without separate permission.
