Information for your order

Yankee My Doodle uses your contact and delivery details, dog photo, dog name, chosen character and notes to create, deliver and support your order. Shopify hosts our store and checkout; payment information is handled by our payment provider.

Making and delivering your portrait

We use OpenAI tools to help create your artwork. Your submitted photo and instructions may be processed by OpenAI for that purpose. We share approved artwork and the delivery information needed to fulfill physical items with print partners, including Printed Mint and Printful. Our email providers process order and support messages.

Your photos and choices

We do not publish your photos or finished portrait in advertising or a public gallery without separate permission. We retain information needed for fulfillment, customer support, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some order records may need to be retained. Uploaded files stored with Shopify orders may have platform-specific retention limits.

Cookies and service providers

Shopify uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the cart, checkout, security and store analytics. See Shopify’s privacy policy and OpenAI’s privacy policy for their practices.
