Refunds

Before printing

You may cancel for a full refund any time before we submit your approved artwork for printing. Email support@yankeemydoodle.com with your order number. We never send a portrait to print without your approval.

Your proof and revision

One consolidated revision to the same dog and character is included. If you do not want to proceed before printing, contact us to cancel.

After printing begins

Each item is personalized, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once production has started. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, email your order number and clear photos as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us before mailing anything back.

Supply issues and delays

If we cannot supply your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund. If fulfillment is delayed, we will offer a revised date and the option to cancel for a refund. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; your bank’s processing time may vary. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
