Which framed portrait size should I choose?

Every size includes a black wood frame, a clear protective front and hanging hardware. Sizes describe the artwork in inches; the frame adds to the outside dimensions.

  • 16×20: more room for your dog’s expression and outfit.

How do you capture my dog’s likeness?

Your photos guide the portrait. A real person directs and checks the AI-assisted artwork, then emails your personal proof. Add a note about any markings or expression you want us to keep. One consolidated revision to the same dog and character is included, and nothing is printed until you approve.

Can I give a portrait as a gift?

Yes. Choose a clear photo of their dog that you have permission to use. Use your email for the proof so you can review the portrait, and enter the delivery address at checkout. Every print and gift set includes the approved digital portrait. Every portrait includes a black wood frame and hanging hardware. Gift-set items may arrive separately. How far ahead should I order?

Allow 3–5 business days for the first proof, then approximately 7–14 business days for printing and delivery after approval. Add time for your review, revisions and holiday demand. A specific holiday or event arrival date is not guaranteed.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel for a full refund before your approved artwork is submitted to print. Once production starts, the personalized order cannot be canceled. For damage, defects or an incorrect item, contact us so we can help under our refund policy.
